Lepido can be integrated into the building's ventilation system to recover heat from the exhaust air. This heat can be transferred to the incoming fresh air, reducing the energy needed to heat the incoming air. By preheating or precooling the incoming air, the load on HVAC systems is reduced, leading to significant energy savings and lower utility bills. 

Furthermore, Lepido can capture waste heat from various sources such as laundry facilities and dishwashers. The recovered heat can be used to preheat the water entering the hot water system, thereby reducing the energy required to heat the water to the desired temperature.

The Lepido can also be connected to the central heating system via your heat pump to extract higher temperatures and re-use it for various purposes from under floor heating to fully heating tap water and more. 

Finally, Lepido can recover waste heat from the exhaust of boilers and chillers used in central heating and cooling systems. The recovered heat can be reused to provide supplementary heating, thereby reducing the load on the primary heating and cooling systems.
